Chris Krotky (owner ) is a drummer, music producer and composer and is responsible for producing all concert events at Sol Studios and heading up the OM Station,as well as soundtracks for yoga, mediation and dance. He has a diverse experience in the music industry, having worked as music producer, composer, performer and sound engineer in a wide variety of musical styles, from indie-electro-rock to jazz and electronica and world music.www.studio7gs.com

Our Location:
We are located in the School Street Plaza in Fairfax, where there is always ample free parking. Enjoy our beautiful courtyard and outdoor fountain. Inside you will find a men’s and women’s changing room , with a shower available in September.

All of our classes offer individual attention; our teachers are practitioners who focus on alignment and injury prevention. We are advanced body workers, holistic health educators & yoga therapists, aruvedic practioners cross-fitness trainers, surfers, long-distance bikers and dancers – all of whom share a deep love for and understanding of yoga and the benefits it offers.
Sol Studios is also dedicated to cultural enrichment, bringing music, lectures, and health talks to our community.
Last but not least, we are the least expensive yoga studio in Marin! Drop-in classes are only $16. We offer special monthly memborships or year-long passes at reasonable prices.
New to Yoga?
We love beginners and welcome newcomers of all ages! While all of our classes are appropriate for those of you just starting out, we especially recommend the Sunday evening Gentle Vinyasa flow evening class. Saturday morning 7:30-8:30 a.m donation based community class and the monthly “Back to Basics” class which focuses on proper alignment and injury prevention.
What to bring:
Warm Vinasa Flow Class: expect to sweat and dress appropriately Arriving five to ten minutes early will allow you time to sign in and get ready for class. Bring a mat, towel and water to class.
We have towels and mat’s for sale at $1.00 each.
Be sure to tell your teacher about any injuries or special health conditions. We can suggest modifications and make sure you enjoy your practice.
What not to bring:Please leave your shoes and bags in our dressing room. It may be best to leave cell phones in the car, or at least be sure to turn them off before class. There is a special shelf for car keys in the studio.
